1) Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

Email address, mobile number for OTP verification (via a secure SMS provider), Google account ID if you choose Google sign-in, Apple account ID if you choose Apple sign-in, display name, and authentication logs.

1.2 Media Content

Media (e.g., photos, videos) and prompts you upload to generate group images or other outputs. We may read hidden EXIF metadata only for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or to perform necessary technical functions such as correctly rotating or orienting the image. We do not otherwise use EXIF data for unrelated purposes.

1.3 Device, Analytics & Attribution Data

We collect limited device, analytics, and attribution data to understand user behavior and provide better customer service and app experience. This includes information such as device type, operating system version, app version, language, and anonymous or aggregated usage events (for example, screens visited, session duration, and general feature interactions).

This data is collected through trusted third-party SDKs and service providers that help us measure app performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and improve the overall user experience. These providers may receive limited technical identifiers (such as device ID, install timestamp, or app version) solely for analytics and attribution purposes.

We currently use Firebase SDK for analytics. In the future, we may integrate additional analytics, attribution, or marketing SDKs or technologies as needed to improve our services. If new types of data are collected or used for new purposes, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and where required by law, we will seek your consent before collection.

1.4 Payments (if applicable)

Payments for credits or other in-app purchases are processed securely through official platform providers (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) or other PCI-DSS compliant processors. We do not store or have access to full credit/debit card numbers. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy. Please review purchase details before confirming, as transactions cannot be reversed once processed. See our Terms of Service for full payment and refund terms.

1.5 Future Features & Additional Data

We may introduce new features in future that collect additional types of data. If so, we will update this Policy and, where required by law, seek your consent before collecting such data.

2) Media Processing & Retention

• Uploaded media is processed on secure systems and retained for up to 60 days so you can re-download, edit, and recover outputs.
• If you delete your account, your uploaded media and personal account information are deleted immediately and permanently. This deletion is final and cannot be reversed.
• You may also request earlier deletion of your media at feedback@yonderwonder.ai. Where technically feasible, we will honor early deletion requests.

3) Sharing, Processors & Locations

We do not sell your data or share it with others for marketing purposes. We only share limited data with trusted service providers necessary to deliver, secure, and improve product functionality. These providers operate under strict contractual, confidentiality, and data protection obligations.

We follow all applicable platform (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) requirements for in-app payments, permissions, and data usage disclosures, including any platform-specific user consent or transparency obligations.

A detailed list of our current subprocessors is available upon request, where legally required.

4) International Transfers

We do not currently transfer personal data outside the countries or regions where it is collected. If, in the future, we engage in international transfers, we will comply with all applicable legal requirements and implement appropriate safeguards—such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), UK IDTA/Addenda, or other recognized mechanisms—along with transfer impact assessments where required by law.

5) Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction/objection, and to withdraw consent. You may delete your account and associated data at any time directly within the App, or by contacting us at feedback@yonderwonder.ai. California residents also have rights to know/correct/delete and to opt-out of sale/share (we do not sell personal information). We may need to verify your identity (e.g., via OTP) before fulfilling requests.

6) Security

We use HTTPS/TLS, encryption at rest (e.g., AES-256 for media), access controls, and auditing. No method is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices and vendor standards.

7) Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). If we learn we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
